This class is dedicated to helping you learn about the techniques of drama (voice, body, movement and space), character & movement, and how you can apply them to any style of performance!

Natalie (aka. Lilly Loca) is a professionally trained and experienced Drama Teacher (Grad Dip. Secondary Teaching) and has been teaching since 2009. Combined with her experience as a professional actress, presenter, MC and producer in New Zealand, this will be one workshop you won't want to miss.

Known for being the 'mistress of disguise' and for her various characters, she'll help you develop as a performer and a person!

In this two hour intensive, you will learn the following though various different exercises:

- Voice - pitch, tone, volume, accent
- Body - facial expression, posture, eye contact, gesture
- Movement - timing, energy, dance
- Space - personal, general, levels
- Seven levels of tension
- The basics of improvisation
- Characterization
- Melodramatic techniques

This workshop is fabulous for anyone regardless of experience. So long as you have an open mind and are eager to participate, there's a space for you!

You will also get a resource booklet to take home with you.

What you will need to bring/wear:

- Comfortable clothes that don't restrict your movement
- Water & Food
- Notepad & pen for making jot notes
